  • Camping chair and/or picnic blanket(For Sunday church outside on the grass!)

    Sheets (top and bottom must be used) & pillow

    Bushdance cloths (e.g. flannie, jeans, boots, etc.)

Getting There

We are staying at Baptist Campsite B.

Flexible arrival begins from 4:30pm on the Friday

Please sign in at the dining room
(Anyone leaving / returning to the site must sign in/out each time - it is a requirement for our use of the campsite)

    2026 Ticket Prices:

    • 0–4 yrs: Free

    • 5+ yrs Standard: $50

    • 5+ yrs Optional Donation (approx. actual cost): $120

    • Ensuite Room (for one adult per family/couple): $135

    • Sunday Lunch Only: $10

    • Sunday Church Only: Free

    Discounts:

    • Families with 3+ children 5+ yrs: use code FAMILY25 for 25% off

    • Additional financial assistance available on request

    Ensuite Room Note:
    Only one adult should book the ensuite ticket; others use standard registration. Our team will allocate rooms accordingly.

  • Sunday 8th Mar at 9:45

    For one Sunday only, BBC’s Sunday church gathering is relocated to be part of the whole camp. Also, there’s a slight time change - 9:45 start!

    So if you can’t make it to the camp, please still join us for church! There’s no need to register for just church, however there is a $10 registration if you’d like to stay for lunch.

    • Where: Baptist Campsite, Busselton, Campsite B, outside - on the lawn

    • When: 9:45. Why not come at the usual time & enjoy a tea or coffee beforehand?

  • The Baptist Campsite B is comfortable and well-equipped, with a Dining Room, Meeting Hall, Oval, Tennis Court, and beach access!

    You’ll stay in dormitory-style bunkhouses with nearby bathrooms. Four ensuite rooms are also available

    We aim to give families their own rooms and place singles in shared, single-sex rooms. In some cases, couples or families may share a room with others, but we’ll communicate with you and accommodate preferences wherever possible.
